Mal0 is based on a character made for the SCP Foundation. I thought this would be a perfect subject for my animation midterm project.

I made an animation for BlueZestTV's twitch channel!
I created this motion graphic for my new digital badge display for conventions!
Drawn on my ipad with procreate, turned into layers with illustrator, animated in after effects and exported at both MP4 and Gif.
Total hours of work: 3.5
Controller animation I made for my motion graphics class in Illustrator to draw the elements then into after effects to make the elements move, then exported with media encoder.
Tri-fold brochure for my final for Document Design class, Winter semester, about the Flying Eagles ski club.
Media: photography from pixabay and flying eagle's website, graphics by me, snow background from pixabay, made in Indesign
On the ground I lay,
The watchers watch.
I look up-
I stand,
despite their eyes.
They watch and watch.
I stretch out my wings,
as they look.
Scars shown proudly,
Through their sharp stairs.
I use those wings-
Those wings of mine.
Raising above the lookers,
As they watch.
Their hatred folds inward;
Having no one to watch.
Alone with themselves,
And their gazes.
I fly,
Free,
Finally.
The sky no longer heavy-
With their eyes.
The wind sings my name.

This is my design, and my process, for the Carnival Between Worlds travel poster.
My design is inspired by the Egyptian Gods and old circus memorabilia.
Concept Sketches:
About the Location
The Carnival Between Worlds appears without warning — some say at twilight, others at the stroke of midnight. No map can find it, yet travelers stumble upon it in deserted fields, abandoned train stations, or atop forgotten mountaintops. Its tents glow with impossible colors, its rides defy gravity, and its performers seem both human and something else entirely. The carnival is never the same twice: sometimes joyous, sometimes eerie, always unforgettable.
About the Project
You will design a surreal travel poster for the Carnival Between Worlds. Poster specifications: 18”x24”, CMYK, 300dpi, Photoshop non-destructive workflow. Deliverables: print-ready .PDF and layered .PSD file. Include a headline and body copy (choose one of the three provided below, or create your own variation).
Optional: create a logo or emblem for the Carnival Between Worlds.
